Well here goes again. I'm new to this forum. 7 years ago I lost 145 pounds. Now I am stuck at that forever point of those last pounds, those that you are forever trying to get rid of. So I thought I would start all over again. Starting with the baby steps with the realistic 30lb goal and see where that takes me. :blushing: I really have another fifty but I will be happy with the thirty at this point:drinker:. I'm a pilates instructer (both mat & reformer). I teach 6 days a week plus have a 60 hour a week job so you can figure that food is pretty much a fast pace subject for me. SO, here I am back to square one making myself aware of what I am eating again, trying to figure out why it's not going anywhere. HELP!

So I am here hoping that I can regain my confidence to get the last of my weight off. Once you have been there you try never looking back. I have maintained for 7 years now I want to move forward!:glasses:

As I was reading this post, I mean to say "you haven't gained back, so that sure is something!". And you CAN do it! Looking forward to your teaching us things about nutrition  . Not that we don't have some outstanding people here, knowing lots and helping us learn lots. :flowerforyou:
