The goal is to jump rope for every day for 30 days. You can jump rope for 10 minutes or 20 minutes a day. The whole point is to GET UP and GET MOVING! Increase your stamina and hopefully lose some weight along the way.
If you're up for the challenge record your initial weight and on the last day see how much you've lost and how much your stamina has improved :-) Good Luck!5 -

Kiwizombi, ye you can pretend to jump rope, they actually sell ropeless jump ropes these days - you can hold 2 pcs of hairbrushes or markers in each hand as you jump to make it feel like you have a jump rope!

Jumping 20 mins per day for 30 days = 600 mins for a calendar month!
According to MyFitnessPals Calculator 600 mins of jump rope (moderate) burns 5897 calories
All we need to do is keep on jumping!

Why Jump Rope?
I had some granola bars and a lot of water after my jump rope - it's warm outside for a workout!
