Hi guys, im not new to mfp and have used the tools for about a year or so (as far as i can remember) but never really had much success.
Due to a series of recent major changes in my life, mostly negative and now beyond my control, i have seemed to become aggresively determined to control something that has annoyed me for some time, my weight.
So im back to counting calories and being as active as i can be, which seems to be going well. Maybe its just recent circumstances / situations but i am finding it quite easy to control what i eat and do.
Anyway, hi and feel free to add me as a friend if you have any motivation or support to offer and i will gladly return in kind. I have found myself drawn to the forums recently and it does seem to be a valuable tool.
