Hey, my name is Krysta. I'm 23 and have 3 kids. (Yeah, I'm a little young for that many kids.. but it is what it is!) I'm currently going to cosmetology school and spend the rest of my time being a mom & wife. I've struggled with my weight my entire life. 2 weeks ago my husband and I swapped jeans to see who truly wore the pants in the relationship. I had a break down when he fit perfectly into mine and I fit perfectly into his. He is 6'3 and can pull off weighing 194. I on the other hand weighed 172 and 5'5". This wasn't flattering. I'm truly sick of changing my clothes 5 times before I'm slightly satisfied with the way I look. I need this baby pouch gone and toned arms/legs. I've set weight goals for myself, but my ultimate goal is a toned body. So far, I've lost 6 lbs. I know a lot of this is due to cutting out pop and watching my calories. I went from drinking 4-5 pepsis a day to none. I'm also on my 2nd day of Ripped in 30 and LOVE it! I wish you all the best of luck and can't wait to see everyone, including myself, obtain the goals we have!

Good luck to you! you can do it! I went from drinking almost a 6 pack of Mountain Dew a day to none! I actually love drinking ice water now. And I'm snacking on good fruits and the pounds have literally melted away. MFP will get you were you want to be.0

:flowerforyou: Hi, we are exactly the same weight! Although you are 1 inch taller than me! My end goal is slightly more than yours as i don't think i will ever get under 140 again. I was doing really well on this up until about 3-4 weeks ago when i was ill for a while and now i can't seem to get my motivation back. I was doing 30 day shred on and off amongst other things, but haven't done that for ages either! Anyway, i wish you luck, feel free to add me as a friend if you like!
