My friend recently lost a good amount of weight but her underarms are really flabby now. I want to avoid that from happening. What's the best way?

weights working the triceps.....hold arms with weights up over head, elbows by ears, palms facing each other...slowly bend elbows 90* so the weights are behind your head.....you can use 5,8, or 10 lbs and see a change....0

Ponytail extensions. There are some videos on youtube for form.
Either single arm or double arm. Every other day. 12 reps each arm times 3.0 -
I have seen a major difference in my arms since doing Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. It's a 40 minute DVD and it's almost all done with hand weights. I use 5lb but I think they recommend 3lb.0

I have a good one you can do anywhere, with no equipment. Stand up straight, bring your arms straight around your back palms up, relax the shoulders, look up slightly, now slowly pulse the arms 1/2inch trying to get them to touch, the higher and straighter you can keep your arms the better it will work. Count to a hundred, you will notice how this feels and where it is working right away. Make sure you are really turning the palms in to keep them facing up and relaxing the shoulders0

yep yep, shred has really toned my arms!! I ♥ them now.0

Yep strength training. Overhead press, tricep curls. Kettle bell swings. If you check on youtube for arm exercising a lot of video will come up.0

The best thing I can share is to do all kinds of arm strength training. I've been taking Body Pump since November and I've seen a big improvement, or rather a shrinking of my upper arms.0

MY SUGGESTION AS WELL!!!!! Killer, but boy do they work that muscle under there! WOW!!0 -
There are many you can do with weights, but without weights I would recommend:
Tricep Dips
and pushups with your hands close together (instead of shoulder-width apart). Your forefingers and thumbs should meet to form a diamond0 -

Dips
Decline Bench Dumbell Extensions (very effective)
Rope Extensions (Squeeze your tricep and hold for 2 seconds and peak of the extension)
Also, Bench Press and Shoulder Press you should do for chest and shoulders but the tricep actually provides strong support for those lifts. Do those first before you do any tricep work, big muscles groups then smaller muscle groups.0 -
Tricep dips. Killer, but very effective.
YES. Dips for sure.0 -
Yup, tricep dips are also good for the rest of the arms, upper back and pecs, meaning a nice wee lift for breasticles too!0
