Hi everyone! My fitness journey has introduced me to a Paleolithic lifestyle. I've found it to be the best and easiest way for me to keep on track while trying to be healthy. I'm always looking for new Paleo recipes that are recommended by people who have actually tried them. Because I have tried many that have not come recommended only to be disappointed

I really like these for breakfast - make up a batch on a Sunday, freeze them individually in grease proof paper and foil, then move one from the freezer to the fridge each night before bed to take to work - I'm always too on the last minute to make a proper breakfast so these work great! I switch the honey for date syrup and include both walnuts and pecans in the 1/3 cup of nuts, I also add the cinnamon and nutmeg like he suggests as it makes the flavour more interesting. Great recommendations. That website really has some fantastic ideas. And I'm all about meal-prep on Paleo. I've gotten the App Yummly and have been searching on there for some ideas under Paleo also. I will post if I find anything good0

I am on The Autoimmune Protocol right now, which is an elimination Paleo diet for those with AI diseases. I've actually been eating a wider variety of foods than I ever did on the standard diet. Keep it super simple right now and batch cook.
