To each their own I guess, but I find this truly sad, especially bc she has a daughter. Unreal.

Some people just have their priorities out of whack. But then again, that's just my opinion.0 -
I saw this earlier today, and it honestly makes it sick. She will not make it to the world record. And if she does, the only real thing that she gets is a free ride on the back of a semi-truck to the cemetery. That is, once they get her out of the house somehow = /. It's truly sad though.0

Yeah, it's one thing if you want to ruin your own life, but to do that to your daughter...what happens when she doesn't have a mother anymore? Not to mention the humiliation she will endure once she starts school. And I love that she wants a slim man. Ok, I'm sure a guy who works hard to stay fit is going to want to be with someone who purposely sabotages her own body. Ugh.0

When that happens, do you have to re-log calories in your diary??0 -

This has been a topic on a lot of shows and news articles over the last couple years. Women who are eaters and their relatively normal looking "feeder" significant others. Seems to me that the "feeders" have an unhealthy relationship to food just as much as the "eaters" do. Throw a kid in that mix and you've got the biggest train wreck imagineable. I personally wouldn't give a hoot what this lady did if she didn't have any kids but she does and part of being a parent is teaching through example. To assume that the daughter will automatically become obese isn't really it either... because she might go the opposite way entirely. Anorexia, bulimia, exercise-orexia (there is an actual term but it's totally random), laxitive junkie... she could at the very LEAST end up with body dismorphic disease. This "Mom" really should take another look at the long term effects of what she is doing. At this point having her taken away from the "Mom" or having the Mother die isn't really even any different from one another.
I REALLY feel sorry for her 16 year old SON though!!0 -
I can't believe that people actually pay money to watch this woman eat! People are sick! Why would anyone want to set a record for that?0

The part that realyl just got me was the online thing. I'm all about doing what you want in bed, and I've done a lot of research into the feeder/eater kink world for a sociology class...there are people getting off to that, and if her daughter daughter is actually helping to feed her...she's aiding in what is essentially pornography and she might not understand that now, but when she's older she is going to see it and there goes her relationship with her mother.
Do what you want, get as fat as you want to get but don't make your daughter help you do it, esp if its going online into a world of kink and will eventually ruin your relationship with your daughter.0 -
I didn't read the whole article but that just makes me want to cry. I hated how I felt when I weighed 180 pounds! I would become exhausted just cllimbing a set of stairs at work. I was unhealthy and felt unhealthy. I never want to get that heavy again. There's no amount of money in the world that would make me want to set that kind of record. Shame on her!!0
