I am going to be 50 in November, and I am so out of shape its unreal. I am over weight and way out of shape. I want the body I had while I was in the US ARMY!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will take some time, but I know I can do it with a little help. I just joined my local YMCA here in Weston WI. It was built only 10 yrs ago, so it has a lot of new and exciting programs. I am going to take baby steps first so I don't hurt myself to bad LOL!!!! Good luck to everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you. Welcome to the site.
I started to get back into shape when I was over 50, too. I now weigh what I did when I was 25, BUT I'll never look like a 25 year old, and that's okay.
Take it one day at a time, it's worth it. You're worth it.1 -
I was 53 when I decided to lose weight. From 272.4 in January 2016 to 201.8 now, it's been easy.2
