Have you done the Ripped in 30 or currently do it?

I am currently on day 3 of week one.
I am just wondering if anyone else had done this workout or
maybe currently doing it.
Does this workout make a difference?
Have you seen any results?
If so, what kind?

    I just finished that one last week. It's awesome and you will definitely see great results, stick with it :) I am now on her 6 week/6 pack abs workout but that one mainly focuses on core, I may be adding in a few days of either Ripped or 30DS throughout the week to supplement.

    I also just did day 3 this morning. So far i like it and have sore butt muscles :) I, too would like to see/hear some results.

    I did this one in May and lost 8 lbs and 10 inches. Its a great workout. I did 30 DS in April and lost 10 lbs and over 7 inches. I recommend both of these workouts!

    I am slowly making my way through Ripped. I'm on day 3 of week 3. I do each "week" a little longer until I really get the moves down and can keep up. I am losing inches and feeling better. Some days I think I might be too old for Jillian, but I keep showing up and giving it my all. Week 3 is killer on my arms, quads and butt. I don't know how long I'll have to do it before I'm ready for something harder. Keep at it, this one is worth the effort.

    I've been doing both 30DS and Ripped for a couple months. For Ripped, I haven't followed the weekly plan ie. week 1, then week 2, etc., I just mix it up. It is a GREAT workout - I sweat an insane amount - and I love it! Quick and dirty and definitely see results.

    1 mon. of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 ends today. So proud of myself that I pushed through when I thought I couldn't do it :) Here's my stats. I started on 3-2 & did each weeks workouts 5x/wk. Since 3-2-11, I lost 8.8lbs, 10.75inches & went from a size 18 to 14 & XL to L. Planning on continuing on with Jillian's workouts ~ everyother day along with cardio. Blessing to you!!!

    Now I do her shred with weights and use Bob Harper's 15lb kettlebell...I love these workouts on this dvd!!! I also do other cardio
