Of course I eat! I just have many dietary issues. No gluten, dairy, soy, seafood, peanuts...0

Look for foods that fit your allergy diet that are higher in protein and fat. Those tend to keep people more satiated throughout the day.2

There's no particular program.
Eat the foods you can eat and keep track of the calories in those foods.
If you want to lose weight, eat fewer calories than your maintenance level.
If you want to maintain your weight, eat at your maintenance level.
If you want to gain weight, eat more calories than your maintenance level.
Are you just starting to try to lose weight? You can start at your maintenance level to get used to logging and then lower your target calories in a couple of weeks.
Baby steps. Go slowly and make small changes one at a time.1
