Dont know for shure. Doctor thinks its miniscus. Still did not do MRI. Sometimes it hurts very bad, sometimes its ok. Sometimes i feel pain in the night when the leg is in one position for a while. Few years ago i fell very hard on this knee.

there is not much knee bending in KB swings, you are probably ok if you aren't feeling pain while doing them. if it hurts dont do them.

Make sure you warm up properly.

Can you find someone (trainer or similarly knowledgable person) to teach you proper form?
Done properly, kettle bell swings are mostly from the hips, so the knees should remain stable and fairly unstressed.
Consider wearing knee brace during exercise.

    Best wishes!

KB should hinge at the hip not the knee. Minimal knee bend in KB, not like a squat. But there are lots of other exercises!
