I am new!!

Hello today is my first day. I have been dieting most of my life. Hoping to use this app to make better choices, put more variety in what I eat and ultimately lose weight. I tend to not stick with plans because stress from my job and life demands overtake the time for myself. Recent layoffs at work (fortunately not me to date) have made me rethink and start devoting sometime to my well being. I am 45 and 120lbs overweight. Taking it one day at a time :)
