Ive got some tesco light choices chips. it says 160 kcal for 125g serving.
now do i count that as 125g frozen weight or cooked weight?
it doesnt say on the packet!!!

i measure them as frozen weight, if its right or not i don't know0

They're not going to differ much in weight cooked or uncooked. I weigh before though. Otherwise I might end up cooking more than I want.0

I weigh them before I cook them. I know there's probably not much difference, that's just how I do it.0
