    A weight-loss win that doesn't involve standing on a scale...like shopping for clothes and finding that your "size" is suddenly too big...or having someone you haven't seen in awhile compliment on how good you look!!

    NSV is a non-scale victory...something that you are proud of i.e. fitting into a pair of pants, getting whistled at, not jiggly as much LOL LOL, etc., but doesn't come from the scale. It's important to celebrate the little things along the way, not just the number a scale shows.

    Non scale victories are my favorite type, because I am much more than a number on a scale! I love compliments, wearing a lower size and getting more fit!
