Looking for Friends! Low Carb weight loss + exercise

My goal is to decrease insulin resistance (I have a strong predisposition towards Diabetes Mellitus Type 2). To reach my goal I plan on losing 1lb/wk, doing high intensity exercise 3x/wk, and keeping calories from carbs at 40%.

Add me if you have similar goals or just want a friend! I will start logging tomorrow.
