Stuck!!

Hi All, I have gone from 75Kg to 68 in 7 weeks. Now stuck for the last 3 weeks at 68Kg. I am eating about 1200 KCAL a day, and doing 200-300Kcal exercise...but not losing weight anymore, what am I doing wrong????

Upped my calories to 1400, and upped my exercise...did the trick, lost 3 more lbs!!0

Hello,
I had the same problem. My starting weight was 265lbs and after cutting calories and exercising regularly for 2 months I dropped 22lbs. At that point I stayed at 243 for 3 weeks. I read that the body gets used to diet and excerice and plateus. So we need to change our diet again and or exercise routine. For myself I changed my diet to a low carb diet with same exercise routine and dropped 7 lbs in that first week.
