Low call Seafood choices..

Okay, so I am going to Weathervane Restaurant for seafood dinner.. this place has ALOT of fried stuff... which I love but am going to try to stay away from even though I LOVE.. any low cal ideas?????

    Without knowing the menu......

    somekind of fish broiled (tell them no butter!) with a baked potato and steamed veggies?

    There's no kind of low cal fried seafood, sorry :frown:

    Opt for grilled, boiled, broiled... etc.

    Fish is a great choice, pretty much any kind.

    Shrimp is also low in calories and has no fat (score!)

    Nice.. great ideas.. thanks! I have a feeling I will be "making" up later by doing some jumping jacks or something good to burn calories.. :laugh:
