I had a Wellness visit to the doctor today. In December 2014 before I started my health journey my A1C was 7.2 and the doctor wanted to put me on a second diabetes medication. Last year I got it down to 5.8 and was taken off Metformin. Today my A1C was 5.3. My heart rate was 60 and my blood pressure was 102/69. Everything else was great. My health hasn't been this good in years!
