I'm starting university next week, and my cousin is getting married the following month. I've gained 10 pounds due to stress. I'm 120 and want to be 105 by then but there will be temptation at uni with frapppucinos iced coffees pizza etc. How to combat this? I get stressed with school work so I eat.... Anyone have any tips?

If loosing weight was easy obesity wouldn't be so rampant. Loosing weight takes effort and restrictions.

You don't have a lot to lose, so you're not likely to drop 15lbs in 6-7 weeks. Plus, in order to get anywhere near, you'd need to restrict your eating significantly, which is likely to have the opposite effect and lead you to binges.

Just make good choices, work out, and buy a flattering dress.

Try Cabbage fat burning soup or Dr. OZ Turkey Cabbage Soup. Do not eat any bread for three days. Eat fruit and protein with soup. Drink 6 cups water or more. Try Leslie Sansone Walk for Fitness Videos. You will lose....

I don't think it's possible, not in a healthy way. I've always heard you shouldn't aim to lose more than 1% of your body weight per week, which means you'd be looking at only about a pound per week. My advice to you would be to eat reasonably (I'm personally a fan of simple CICO, with nothing restricted so long as it fits in your limit, but you know what works best for you), and be happy with whatever weight you lose! Don't put a number goal on it, just plan to eat healthy until the wedding and celebrate your progress!
