Hi, first time posting on the boards. My name is Cory York. I'm 23 and live in Memphis. I started my diet around 2 1/2 months ago and was 275. I am now at 250 and hoping to get losing more every week. I try to ride my bike as mush as I can and have started to become a veggie head. I would love to have some people on here to keep me going. So if you want to add me feel free and if you live in memphis please add me. I think having local people could be fun. Thanks.
