    The one I heard on the iPod this a.m. that was awesome was Eminem "Lose Yourself". The beat kept me at 17 mph on the elliptical. I love anything fast paced by Metallica too for the same reason, the beat keeps you moving if you focus on the drums!

    I don't run, but I jump rope - these are a few of my new favorites that keep the rope spinning!
    The lyrics leave something to be desired, but the beats are good :) Thanks for all the suggestions!
