    Like I've been advised eat more regular whilst training bigger meals to kick start the metabolism that is the key

    Pretty much just eat more. You could always add in some sort of supplement weight gainer if you really wanted to but usually its just easier to have another meal.

    Best thing I can think of is to start or if you are already doing it, lifting weights.... the more you lift the crazier your appetite becomes. Then you have to feed the monster and you will be able to gain. You can't be afraid of the food. But the exercise and food go hand in hand.

    Best things you can do: Eat more, lift heavy. Theres a lot that can be said about those things, but thats gonna be the just of it.

    to gain weight increase your carbs, pasta will put weight on fast but dont forget your balance of protein and fats, hit me up for more advice

    Try eating more carbs(brown rice, brown pasta etc) balance it with protein and fats..

    PS dont forget to lift heavy;)
