    Yep, that's what I used on my 3rd round of P90X I just finished. They worked great! If you didn't order the stand (I didn't), you'll want to find something you can place them on during your workout. I use a piano bench. It becomes too much to bend over all the way every time between exercises, especially when you're already gassed. And there are a couple exercises that they are kinda wide for like tricep kickbacks, but for the most part, they're great!

    I got them for my CEX workout.. I love them too.. being able to increment by 2 1/5 lbs is great. I don't have a stand - keep them on the floor. Hasn't been a big issue since there is enough time between exercises to make the adjustment and pick them up. I agree that for some exercises they are a little bulky but it's easy enough to compensate.. can't imagine not having them now..
