Hi there everyone!! I'm new to the site as of today. I'm a 52 year old mother of 3 grown children. I'm fairly athletic, but the holidays got the best of me. I'm hoping this will give me an idea of how to better manage my food, as well as make me aware of what I'm eating. Good luck to all of us in our journey!! :glasses:
