Tired of being a chunky monkey!

New to this...Hi, I'm Jo. A new chapter in the book of my life...Chapter 59...Jo loses the lard. Tracking food, water intake and activity should help me to figure out where I stand, how to improve my results. Seems simple, right?!?! I eat so cleanly that my friends/family have poked fun for years. This is gonna be interesting (I hope!) The big thing that has me concerned is that my glucose reading is 102, despite the fact that I don't eat processed foods or table sugar. I eat mostly fresh, whole foods, no wheat, no dairy, no soy, no peanuts, no beef, no fun. Hahaha Hopefully the mysteries shall be revealed.....
