That soda is killing you. If you substitute something with 0 calories (preferably water--though diet soda would suffice) and replace that Twix with a 100-calorie snack of some sort, that would get rid of your calorie surplus.

Good morning. Good for you - you know what you need to do, recognize the changes to make, and sound willing to give it a try. Keep up the good work!

Good morning and well done for holding yourself accountable.

You are doing the right think by logging everything honestly, then you can stand back and take a good look at your overall intake to be able to eliminate whats unnecessary.

    Good luck

Took me only a couple days to eliminate SOME bad choices. Important thing is calorie intake. Have that twix, but get rid of soda. Diet may be worse for you than real crap. Stay under calorie count and things will get easier.

Logging everything daily is a real eye-opener. It makes you think before you consume anything. Glad you have figured out what you need to change to get moving in the right direction.

The only calories i drink is creamer in my morning coffee. Anything else just ruins my day. Id rather eat 200 calories than have a soda. I switched to the flavored soda water's They have a bunch of flavors and a 2 liter costs $0.88. And i drink a ton of black tea iced.

I see that you logged Cholula hot sauce at 90 calories. Cholula is 0 calories, make sure to get the correct entry.
