    I didn't read it. Or listen, whatever. No she's not. All food in moderation can fit in a healthy diet.

    I didn't watch the video, but I do think that all foodstuffs are healthy in moderation. If you are allergic/intolerant of something (as is common with seafood, dairy/lactose and gluten), that's okay too.

    Didn't click the link, but I learned a long time ago. when you use the pronoun SHE and the word RIGHT in the same sentence, the answer is YES. Makes life much easier >:)

    Any site that claims to do amazing things and on the bottom of the page it has a bunch "sources" that will say it's amazing is more than likely fake.

    I saw SHE and the word RIGHT so was going to say even if she isn't she is ...especially if you're sleeping with her. Damn didn't read comments someone beat me!
