NSV: great day at work

I'm not sure why it happened today versus any other day, but I've had 3 different people at work today ask me if I've lost more weight and tell me how great I look! I guess that's one more reason to love Friday. :-)

    I've been getting that a lot lately, too! Even though the scale isn't moving too fast lately, my body composition is changing some so people are noticing more :-D
