Are like me on low carb / high protein diets and who share their food diary and log their food :)

I have been into fitness for a while, but put loads of weight on after a chronic illnes.. back on the wagon, and really want to see what other people eat who are taking this approach?

    I'm right there with ya! Lower carb (for control of diabetes) and higher protein. And definitely an open diary!

    Me! Open food log and lower carb/higher protein approach. Been trying alternatives such as zoodles and cauliflower rice lately with a lot of success.
