Hello. I'm back at it again. Have successfully lost weight over the years but never manage to keep it off. 56 years old now. Grandma of 3! Need to get my health and energy back for myself and to play with those babies. Could use motivation, moral support and any tips you have! Started off today with some cardio in the gym. Now if I can just find the strength to keep it up. Have to admit it was like pulling teeth! Any and all encouragement would be great!

You've done it before which means you know how to do it! Remember what drove you before, let's find it and let's get to it! You got this!

I'm in a similar boat. 51 now. I've lost weight before, last time about 33 lbs a few years ago. But then I hit the proverbial wall for many weeks, got frustrated and gave up, then gained it all back. My birthday was last week and I kind of told myself, new month coming up, have to try to get motivated again. Sounds like you're off to a good start! I know how to do it, it's the will part of it I need to switch on.

Despite my efforts, find it impossible to lose weight and keep the bit I do off!!
    Am looking for buddies.
This is a battle and we all need allies !
Can add me if you like.
