This is kind of hard to read so tell me if this is right.

Your starting stats are: 6'2", 195 lbs., 65 years old. You've already been working out for the past 35 years.

You recently gave up drinking alcohol, which was previously at the level of 5k-7k calories.

For the past three weeks you have been exercising 2 hours every single day, which is an increase in exercise.

You net 1500 calories per day (calories eaten less exercise calories earned.)

You have not yet lost any weight.

    My question are:

How much are you actually eating every single day? I'm looking for the number of calories eaten without the exercise subtracted from it.

Are you weighing your food with a food scale, measuring your liquids with measuring cups/spoons, and logging using solid nutrition info (info that matches USDA data, food labels, etc.)?

There's your problem. You need to weigh your food.

You might be eating more than you think. Consider a kitchen food scale.

You feel better and that's the most important thing. As everyone is saying be more accurate in teacking your calories as we tend to underestimate what we eat.
