Daily Habits that get in the way when attempting to reach your goals!

I know for me, I have a few I am working on. Going shopping hungry, not preparing my meals. (Not planning ahead ) This includes putting off my workout for later. How about you and what are those Habits and what are you doing to make those changes?

Not being in the mood to work out. Working out actually really improves my mood, and if I don't do it, then I have no motivation to do ANYTHING the rest of the day. I guess it has to do with hormones or something. But before I actually start working out, well I'm not motivated to do it. But then I start anyway, and afterwards I feel a lot better and kind of high.
A week ago, I made an impulsive decision to register at the gym (I haven't been there in a year). And in my glorious impulsiveness, I paid up front for 6 months. Now I set my alarm every evening, so I can go gym at 07:30. It's routine already, and it really helps.4 -
I work sitting down (have to I'm afraid) and sometimes I just don't have the energy to walk to/from work!
Evening cakes/choco bars get broken out in my house - and it's SO hard to say no.

I know the feeling too well, I also work sitting down for most of the day. One thing that i do if i have to go to another floor i take the stairs. I also have one of those watches that reminds me to move around after sitting down for an hour. worth a try!0 -

Sometimes, hormones play a big part. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid after having my daughter. I really thought it was postpartum. But once it was under control things got a lot better!0 -
Habits: Sleeping in so I don't have time for breakfast. Eating out too much, and getting spoiled on not having to cook or have food on hand in the house. Watching TV in the evening after dinner instead of exercising (taking a walk, for instance). This could get to be a long list, haha. Any tips for breaking such habits?0

I used to make excuses why i couldn't or wouldn't exercise on any day.
I got a Labrador retriever. I did not get him to make me work out, but he had that effect. As a very responsible pet person, those excuses ended. My dog and I walk at least 70 minutes every single day now. Rain, sun, snow, mosquitos, doesn't matter because I know he needs the walks.
This only works for me because I am conscientious about my responsibilities. I do not advocate people getting animals unless they are equipped in all ways to care for that animal's needs.0 -
I drink one litre milk almost everyday which is stopping me from reaching towards my goal0
