Just had a baby trying to get the weight off

I just had my beautiful daughter 8 weeks ago and got the Okay from the doctor to start exercising! Any way just wanted to say hello to any one and if you have any good tips please share

Hello Nicole. Congrats on your new baby. When I had my daughter almost 3 years ago. I lost a lot of weight while nursing her. But as soon as she stopped I noticed I was a lot hungry. I gained so much weight. The best tip I can say is to prepare your meals. High protein less fat and low carbs. Smoothies, protein bars, and whey protein shaks with sugar free almond milk or fat free milk.
Do cardio at least 2-3 days week, even if that means walking. And if you can fit in some time to do weight. Buy some 7-10lb ones and a exercise ball and get some ideas off line. I have a trainer now to loose all the weight I gained from all of the eating I did after nursing. I regret not working out after I had her..Good luck.0
