Hi everyone, I woke up recently and realized that I had put on 40lbs in a year and haven't been exercising at all. I used to run everyday and go hiking. Took a real hard look at myself and now I am on a mission! The problem is I am currently unemployed so it is so easy to use the excuse that I need to stay at the computer looking for work. I can't afford a trainer to be held accountable to so hopefully this will be enough ♥

Honestly, the tools on this site are great for educating yourself on consuming proper portions during your meals and snacks. I've found that just being a full-time student was actually easier to control my weight, because I wasn't stressed out from work and having that feeling of not wanting to do anything after my 8-5s and 6s. Instead, I could work out when I wanted, and once I got on a routine, there was no stopping me; I couldn't WAIT to exercise the next day. All it takes is a little self-motivation and dedication and your goals can be met.0
