Lost my mojo

Started my weight loss journey at the beginning of this year. It's been going great - lost about 10kg, but I have lost my mojo! And my sugar cravings are so insane

Happy Friday! Just think how far youve come, and all the work you put into it, and how much further you can go!! :-) I tell myself this everyday to keep myself going and to try to remain positive as to not go off track. If you need a buddy please feel free to add me also, support is so important!!1

i was like you. its the most crucial time. its the time people fail. bottom line, this is about your inner strength. Think about it like this. You wanted/needed to lose weight. most likely you won't be happy and satisfied until you reach something near your goal. if you don't keep going now, you will find yourself heavier and having to lose weight just to get to where you are now. such a vicious cycle.
I recently got down to about 173lbs, pretty near my goal. lost my mojo and ended up at 186 lbs. so here i go again, currently making my way downward but as of this morning after a couple weeks back at it, still at 183. the road is to hard to quit and give up.
you CAN do this. start today and log your food. the mojo will make its way back but if you wait for it before you start, you'll slide backwards and sometimes its a long slide. mojo as we call it, usually comes after we get at it. its why many people never get started..they are waiting for the motivation that never comes.
