    next target????? 280 maybe? dont do huge targets that seem forever away....i do 28 lb(2 stones) at a time....not so bad then!

    So I have been on my weight loss journey for 9 weeks now. I have lost 37 pounds so far and today I went under 300 pounds. I am pretty proud of myself but I still have a long way to go. Just felt like sharing. You can read about today's weigh in at
