    Just have plan and stick with it daily....if u slip up just make it up...I set same workout times daily and plans breakfast and lunch on Sundays

    No one does this perfectly. A day or two of being off-plan does not derail all past efforts.

    It is a matter of long-term semi-consistency. I eat compulsively - sometimes. I over eat, sometimes. I blow off exercise sometimes. It all works out if I move in the right direction most of the time.

    I have many different ways I try and stay motivated. 1 is to have the next size smaller jeans hanging close by. I shoot to get in them. I also do not keep any of the larger clothes. So if I get off track and clothes feel tight I know its time to get serious again.

    Best way is to just keep everything simple. Simple simple simple. And fun lol if the food or training program isn't enjoyable ditch it.
