I picked up a few great looking portabello mushrooms today at the farmers market. Anyone have a great grilling recipe?

My method: Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Grill.

Use the mushroom as a base for a personal "Pizza" - delicious!

(Obviously you can use whatever topping you desire, not just what's in the recipe...)

Ooops. This isn't a grilling recipe. But it's still good!

    I love mushrooms

I put in a little bit of garlic butter, stilton cheese and wrap in parma ham and bake in the oven 180 degrees for 15 minutes and serve with mixed salad leaves

Fill the mushroom cap with a light cream cheese and some jalapeno jelly and put it on the gril! Yummo! Or I use the portabello mushroom cap and melt chees on it and then dress it like a regular burger

Marinate in red wine vinegar, olive oil, a little basil, garlic and salt and pepper. Or for a southwest flavor, marinate in chili powder, lime juice, cilantro and garlic.

Try it as the "meat" in philly cheesesteaks! It's awesome. Man. Now I want some!
