Ok I have a garmin hr and it counts my step but the app will not do the negative calorie. It stays sync and I have checked the enable box in my settings on this app. Can someone help me with this?

    It might be like when I linked my fitbit. I had to go back and sync in the fitbit app then it loads to mfp. Works great!

    Is it the negative calories you don't get or the adjustment you don't get. I have the fitbit but guess it works the same. If it says Garmin adjustment (or words to that effect) and you don't have a negative figure it may be that you have moved enough not to have a negative figure. You only get a negative if you move less than it thinks you should.
