I lost 75lbs weight in over a year by making exercise a routine and not overeating and cutting sweets mostly, but then after 2 years I relaxed and took it easy and gained 13kgs(28lbs) back... Well I know where I was wrong and what I should have done.
I just want to share it with everyone that weightloss is a lifestyle, a time taking process and its a real struggle. So if you get your goal then don't ever take it easy Coz now I have 13 more kgs to lose so never think that it's under control.
Fat will sneak back on you if you are not vigilant enough

    Losing weight is easy.. Maintaining it is the tricky part. Well done and all the best!!

    Thanks, I often read the maintenance thread and it is clear that many of them find maintaing harder than losing. There are a lot of good tips there..good luck as you lose the rest of your weight for good! :)
