Just starting my journey today! I just had a birthday a couple days ago and i also just skydived for the first time yesterday! Losing this weight should be cake after that right? lol! Well, I'me feeling pretty motivated but could use all the inspiration and support I can get. I'm working on a 1200 a day calorie plan. Any good tips out there? Would love to hear them! Thanks in advance!!!!
