    Hi ladies! :) Thanks for your support! We can do this together and I am looking forward to it! I am soo excited for us -- it is going to be great! :) I am unable to update my profile info (it keeps saying "error"), so here's a bit about me... I'm a 26 year old female from Michigan.. My highest weight was close to 190, when I realized last year that this wasn't healthy and I had to do something. This week when I weighed in, I was in the upper 170s (can't remember the exact number off the top of my head), and the goal I am aiming for is 130-140lb range. I dieted off and on and would go up and down, but I've realized it has to be a lifestyle change and the "I'll start tomorrow" attitude couldn't happen anymore if I really wanted to slim down and live a healthier life. So, here I am, I've commited to mfp daily to guide me, along with friends I'm making here, which really helps, and I hope to be of help to all of you! I love making healthy dishes now, exercising, and I look forward to every day of a new me and healthier lifestyle! Life is way too short to have regrets! If there's anything I can do for any of you, just let me know and I will be there for your support! Let's go woohoo! Good luck and you can do it! *HUGS* :)

    I would love to join you. I need some cheerleaders. I'm having a rough time getting going here. I was able to talk to my doctor this week so that was good. He gave me a goal of 1500 calories a day so hopefully I will see some progress soon. You guys seem like a good group of cheerleaders. :)

    Libz: you can do this! :) Take one day at a time, and each day it'll get easier and more enjoyable! Hard work does pay off in the end!
