    I currently own a pair of Asics, and a pair of Nike Lunarglides. I love both shoes. If I where you I would hit up the Boulder running company, and have them do a gait analysis before I spend money on a pair of shoes.

    I bought Asics Kayano's because people seem to love them, its all I ever used, cant say if they are better or not than others but my feet like them :D

    I just got my first real running shoes (been using cross trainers previously), and ended up with the Saucony Ride 4. I have a neutral foot strike and a very long, rather high arch. These shoes are great. They are cushioned, but not too squishy; they have a nice firm bounce when you strike. They are also very light weight.

    Thanks so much everyone for the help!!! I went to Rogan's and picked them up, the service was great there, and I was surprised how educated the sales associate was too!!

    I bought Asics Gel-Nimbus 13. I LOVE them already. Went for a walk to work them in!!! :) But, DAMN they weren't cheap!!!
