I got this site from my brother. I didn't know it existed, and I'm so glad he forwarded this to me. Trying to be healthy, this time for me. Looking for plenty of friends to help me stay on course and motivated and I can do the same for you!:smile:

    i got this site from a friend of mine. i had no idea that it existed either, but i like it so far. i agree with being healthy for yourself instead of "dieting". i hate that word! :smile: TIME FOR ME! LOL but we can stick to this thing together! i will be on here awhile...trying to lose it slowly to keep it off!
