Hi

I've recently threw all the low fat crap out and have been eating clean for the last month or so, I'm following a weight training plan and have recently got a personal trainer, I have lost a few pounds, not as much as I would have liked lol but can see myself slowly getting leaner, just wondering if there are any ripped ladies out there and how long did it take to get to it goal.

Feel free to add me to support and motivate each other

Are you eating in a calorie deficit?

This. Also, are you tracking your macros? How big is your deficit?

    Yes, I'm in a deficit, and I'm tracking macros. I'm on 1400 calories a day :D

I'm not ripped but I will tell you.. I will never reach an end goal.. meaning, there will always be room for self improvement. It has taken me over 2.5 years to get where I am now (with a pregnancy in between mind you). My advice is just keep going, sounds like you are making progress. Good luck!

A bit older, not ripped per se, will be at this two years in Nov. And going low fat is not the answer. The answer is a calorie deficit, when you lower body fat, if you want more mass, you gotta bulk and rinse and repeat as many times as it takes.
