Has anyone ever tried to evaluate the calorie count in a small piece of Veggie Pizza from a local pizza joint (10" pizza slice)? Is it around 200? Or do you think it would be more/less? There were a lot of options in the calorie look-up, but the numbers were all over the place and most don't say what size pizza it's refering to so it's really hard to decide.

I saw numbers as low as 150 and as high as 300(which I think sounds high).

Thanks for your input!

If it was me, I would just guesstimate. If you think the 300 is too high, shoot for 200. I just had to do that with chinese. At least I recorded something, but I'm not certain it was accurate. Plus, it's not something I do on a regular basis.

I made veggie pizza for dinner tonight. Whole wheat pizza crust with a little olive oil and garlic brushed on, tomatoes, basil, spinach, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese. 238 calories per slice. 1/8 of a 14" pizza.

That calculator is really cool. According to that my entire pizza was probably about 820 calories, so my 3 pieces were probably less than my guess of 600 calories!
    Thanks!!
