I've been on here for over 200 days and I've dropped some bad weight I was 230 bad weight and I'm around 200ish now. I haven't had the time to make it to the gym taking care of my young daughter but am now looking to get back in sometime this week. I am looking for a 3 days a week weight lifting workout, that lasts about an hour. Main focus is Arms, chest, legs and back and some core stuff. If anyone can help me out and just post a good solid workout with reps and a 10 to 15 mins cardio idea that would be great. I'm not looking to get huge just more cut and lean, 195 is my goal but I'm more than happy sticking around a lean 200. I really need to strengthen my lower back and legs. Any respectful advice would be welcome, I appreciate the help in advance and I hope you all are doing well and reaching your goals!

SL 5x5 is an excellent program. I like AllPro Beginner's routine (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169172473). It's a 3 day full body plan.
Agree with Piper, follow the program as written, no additions. Start slow and focus on form over how much you are lifting. For cardio, do what you enjoy, walk, run, etc.1 -
Thanks guys0

Try to remember not everyone is in your time zone. Your first post was 4:18 am Pacific time. Your 2nd 9:21am. I hadn't even made my first cup of coffee by then never mind worried about how strangers work out.

I like strong lifts 5x5. I do some light cardio to warm up or cool down only. I try to stay on my feet as much as possible after lifting to keep from getting sore or tight muscles, but it's generally just walking.0
