How often do you have your cheat day/meal? Once a month? Or once a week?

    This.

I eat the foods that I like and fit them into my day.

Since I'm not depriving myself, I have no reason to "cheat."

Once a week. Cheat day is mainly just a day where I don't log in my calories. On non cheat days I do snack, but it's stricter and I count the calories.

Never. It's a lifestyle change not a diet. If I want something I try to make it fit.

I cycle my calories so that I have two higher calorie days during the week. I don't call them a cheat meal or day because its not really cheating to me.

But if you had to label it as something it would be more of a "controlled cheat day".

Never! I eat what I want and make room for it in my calorie count.

Once a week on Fridays for lunch. I have been doing this for 3 months and it has worked out perfectly. I reward myself for a well job done.

Never. I just make a choice everyday...eat in a deficit, eat at maintenance, or eat in a surplus.

I don't have rules around my eating that would make anything I eat "cheating".

I eat out pretty often, and usually log what I'm eating - though for a fancy dinner out, I'll often just log a big whack of quick calories because it can be very hard to guess accurately for a fine dining meal with lots and lots of components. Once every five weeks or so (when my husband is home from work for a week) we will go out and have a pretty indulgent dinner/drinks, but I also go out for breakfast pretty often on a regular basis. And I cook a variety of foods at home, including some desserts and other meals that are high in calories. Sometimes I'm very conscious of portion sizes, other times I eat more than my planned calories for the day.

None of that is "cheating" to me, it's just life. I aim to eat mostly food that will give me good nutrition and keep me healthy but I also eat/drink some things just for fun.
