    Trying to set my goal this mth to hit my set macro. I am wanting to build definition and know I need to reduce bf%. Not sure my true % but not really sure if I am doing macros correctly. I am noticing little definition and seem to be leaning out but scale does not change. I DO NOT focus on the scales. Answer away please! I do keep an open diary to friends

    I weigh about 220 right now. Been up and down my whole life. Would like to get to 190 by January when my 2nd daughter is born. Feels impossible right now. I've been working out and eating pretty well consistently for a few years now and just don't feel like I'm making the progress I should be. I have definitely slipped up a bit lately because its discouraging that I'm not making the progress I'd like to be. What do you think the right macros are for me? I don't lose weight easily. I run about 2-3 days per week and strength train another 2-3 days.
