I'm starting Insanity on Monday! I'm excited, but I'm also nervous! I will do the first fit test on Monday morning. I just completed P90X and lost 11.6 lbs. I'm taking a break this week, hoping I don't gain! My original goal was to go from 162.4 to 145. Now that I'm at 150.8, I think I would like to drop to 140. I wait til after I reach 145 before I make it an official change. But if I can loose 10 lbs during these 2 months that would be awesome!

You can do it! When I did Insanity I noticed that what you ate really mattered. My cardio ability soared, but the nutrition is what really drops the weight. Same thing with Asylum.

I am in my third week of insanity, I lost 11 pounds in the first 2 and a half weeks, I couldn't believe it but if you hit it hard and eat enough your results should sore, definitely look into a recovery drink and some whey protein to help with the results

Yea, I will definitely need to up my game with Insanity! I made good choices with P90X, but not the best all the time. I need to get my act together in that department for sure! I need great results with this! And Asylum will be next! Should be finished in time for P90X2!

  • Do you know how to post your Insanity work out on MFP? I just started INSANITY yesterday and am loving it so far! Did you have to keep your protein intake pretty high?

you have to wear a Heart rate monitor to get accurate calories everyone is going to burn different amounts there is no generic input for insanity on the database
